June 2010 - After the tragic (and tragically ignored) Nashville floods, many people have been put out of their homes.  It isn't exactly Kartrina, but it ain't a spring rain shower, either.

Musicians need help.  Please contribute to The Nashville Musicians' Association Relief Fund here:

Meanwhile, the ColeMine took a little water, but had no damage to any of the instruments or recording gear.  Only the Pergo floor had to go.  Repairs are ongoing and ColeMine 2.0 will be ready by July.

Current stuff going on:

"Telll Me Something", Paul dAdamo's debut CD, produced at the ColeMine, drops in a few weeks.  Look for it on iTunes, CD Baby, and elsewhere.

BC is performing again with Phil Collins in a two-week promotional mini-tour for his upcoming Motown tribute album, "Going Back."  Gigs will be in Philly, New York, London, and Montreux, Switzerland.

Later in the summer, we will starting pre-production on the next album by French legend Hugues Aufray, following his huge success with "New Yorker", his Bob Dylan tribute of last year.

As always, track productions, arrangements, TV cues, web music, etc. continue to be created at the ColeMine.

Happy summer.....

Back from the second leg of the Johnny Hallyday tour.

The ColeMine now has a superterrific fast Mac Pro Dual Quad Core computer with 16 gigs of memory and 4 terabytes of disc storage.  This is the second fastest Mac currently in production.  With Pro Tools 8.1 and a gaggle of plug-ins, we're gittin' wid' it.

Brad has to return to France in January,  for six more weeks of sold-out Johnny Hallyday shows.  The tour comes to a sentimental end on February 13th.

The Johnny Hallyday Tour 66 CD and DVD can be found at amazon.fr.  Also, the beautiful project I worked on with Hugues Aufray, called "The New Yorker", his collection of Bob Dylan songs, performed in French with some of France's hottest singers.

Meanwhile, have a very happy:

a)  Christmas

b)  Hanukkah

c)  Kwanzaa

d)  Winter Solstice

cheers from Brad and the ColeMiners

August 2009:

We're on break from the Johnny Hallyday tour.  Resumes Sept 22 until Nov 24.  France, Belgium and Switzerland again.  Go to johnnyhallyday.com for the deets.

Meanwhile, we're upgrading to Pro Tools 8.  Better editing, more plug-ins, more better.

Upgrading to Sibelius 6.  Better layouts, more fonts, more better.

I'm doing a few arrangements for pianist Jim Wilson's tribute to the late, great Dan Fogelberg.

Also vacuuming the studio floor.  Hurrah.
